Foundation: Machine Tools Traders (Madras) started its office cum showroom at Linghi Chetty Street, Chennai, marking the beginning of its journey in the machine tools industry.

1975

Expansion: Separate marketing setup formed to better serve the growing customer base and expand market reach.

1978

Strategic Partnerships: Exclusive agency taken for various types of machineries, strengthening the product portfolio.

1980

Complete Solutions: Started supplying and setting up complete Workshop / Mechanical Lab requirements for various segments including educational institutions.

1980

New Showroom: Exclusive showroom opened in Thambu Chetty Street, Chennai.

1990

Corporate Headquarters: Opened Corporate Office in our own three-floor building "Kalyani House", Armenian Street, Chennai.

1991

Technology Advancement: Started supplying CNC Machines, entering advanced manufacturing technology segment.

2001

Quality Recognition: Achieved ISO Certification, strengthening quality management systems.

2002

Digital Presence: Launched our official website, expanding customer reach digitally.

2004

Global Sourcing: Became an agent for leading metal working machinery manufacturers from China.

Demonstration Facility: Started warehouse for demonstration facility at Royapuram, Chennai.

Regional Expansion: Opened branch offices to expand our presence in India.

Major Infrastructure: Built 25,000 sq.ft warehouse at Madhavaram, Chennai, strengthening storage and project dispatch capability.
